We now have a great opportunity for TWO experienced administrators to join our Fund Administration department on a Fixed Term contract until November 2017.
 
Key responsibilities;

  • Process and complete all operations administrative task including benefit payments, member applications, correspondence, contribution, employer applications, emails and follow ups
  • Complete all employer and member transactions across funds as required
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to resolve enquiries
  • Contact members and employers as needed to successfully complete requests
  • Provide fantastic service to funds, employers and members meeting all service and quality standards
  • Complete adjustments and investigations as appropriate and as instructed

Skills and experience required;

  • Sounds knowledge of MS Office
  • Accuracy and great attention to detail
  • Good investigation and problem solving skills
  • Proven experience in a ‘customer focused’ environment
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Good understanding of relevant superannuation legislation and industry knowledge, or the ability to develop an understanding
  • RG146/1SFA qualifications desirable but not essential
