Job Description

This organisation is well recognised in the financial services industry in Perth and provides a comprehensive list of services to their loyal client base. The organisation has a strong branch network backed by city headquarters and a client focussed customer service centre. Their main focus is the customer and ensuring quality service and delivery through all their product and service offerings. The organisation is currently upgrading a number of online systems and are seeking enthusiastic and service orientated Customer Service Consultants to join their team. There will not be a better team to join as they are ranked the No.1 team within the organisation and pride themselves on team work and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Point of contact for customers incoming calls relating to system changes (up to 70 per day)
  • Assist customers with online-banking questions and concerns navigating call to completion
  • Be the positive, helpful and caring person for the customer
  • Ensure customers expectations have been met and query resolved

Key Requirements:

  • Demonstrated customer service experience engaging customers over the phone or face to face
  • Proactive, positive attitude with a desire to help others
  • Ability to pick up systems and processes quickly and guide others
  • Excellent communication skills a must with the ability to deal with different personalities
  • Knowledge of online banking websites and pages an advantage
  • Ability to work under pressure
