Job Description

Infratech Group is one of the fastest growing business houses in the Construction Equipment sector in Nepal. The Group through its sister companies represents various global brands like Hyundai Heavy Industries, Wirtgen Group, Kohler Power, Thyssen Krupp Elevators, Jisung Breakers, Bosch Power Tools & Linnhoff. For its expansion plans, the group is looking for hardworking and result-oriented candidates for the following posts in it different divisions:

1. Deputy General Manager — (Kohler, Bosch &ThyssenKrupp Elevators)

Preferably an MBA with minimum 5-6 years’ experience in the related field in Nepal. The candidate should be able to devise a Business plan and ensure the company’s objectives are fulfilled. She/He should be able to correspond with the principal companies, oversee all commercial transactions, logistics, coordinate with after-sales department and ensure customer satisfaction.


2. Sales Manager – (Linnhoff Concrete Batching Plant/Asphalt Batching Plant)

Preferably an MBA with minimum 4-5 years’ experience in the related field in Nepal. The candidate should have good knowledge about the target customers and should be well versed with tender sales. She/He should be able to devise a Sales plan and lead the sales team.


3. Executive Secretary to the MD

Minimum BBS or BBA, preferably with experience of at least 1-2 years in secretarial function. The candidate should be smart, presentable and have Good Interpersonal Communication Skill in English, Nepali and good operational skill in MS Office applications, mail, phone correspondence and typing skills in English and Nepali.


4. Business Development Officer

Preferably MBA or minimum BBA, with experience of at least 1-2 years in similar function. The candidate should be able to identify new business opportunities, gather data, plan and prepare presentations, communicate new product developments to the sales team, write reports & provide feedback to the management.


 

5. Executive-Digital Marketing/Web Designing

The candidate should be a Graduate with minimum 2-3 years experience in related field. She/He should be able to develop and manage digital marketing campaigns, utilizing a range of techniques including paid search, 5E0 and PPC. Oversee the social media strategy for the company including Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Email Newsletters, Website.


6. Customer Care Executive – 2 NOS — (HYUNDAI EXCAVATORS)

Preferably female, a Graduate with minimum 1-2 years’ experience in the related field. The candidate should be able to maintain highest standards of service to the customers and handle all their concerns and assist to address them.


7. Sr. Sales Officers / Sales Officers, 2 NOS (HYUNDAI EXCAVATORS)

The candidate should be a Graduate with minimum 3-4 years experience in the similar field having relevant knowledge of the market, competition and Institutional buyers.


8. Sr. Sales Officers / Sales Officers, 2 NOS (HAMM VIBRATORY SOIL COMPACTOR, TANDEM ROLLER)

The candidate should be a Graduate with minimum 3-4 years experience in the similar field having relevant knowledge of the market, competition and Institutional buyers.


9. Sr. Sales Officers / Sales Officers, 2 NOS (JISUNG HYDRAULIC BREAKERS)

The candidate should be a Graduate with minimum 3-4 years experience in the similar field having relevant knowledge of the market, competition and Institutional buyers.


10. Officer-Project Sales (BOSCH POWER TOOLS)

The candidate should be a Graduate with minimum 3-4 years’ experience in the similar field having relevant knowledge of the market, competition and Institution buyers.


11. Service Technician – Hydraulic, 3 NOS — (HYUNDAI EXCAVATORS)

Preferably with Diploma or CTEVT Training with 2-3 years’ experience in similar field, having knowledge of after sales service of heavy equipments.


12. Service Technician – Electric, 3 NOS — (HYUNDAI EXCAVATORS)

Preferably with Diploma or CTEVT Training with 2-3 years’ experience in similar field, having knowledge of after sales service of heavy equipments.
