Detailed Job Description / Requirements

A. BRANCH MANAGER – For the branches: Biratnagar, Birgunj , Butwal and Bhaktapur

Reports to: CEO

Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Management of all customer related activities within the branch territory for Home and SOHO customers.
  • Reporting to the Branch Manager will be the following functions:

   o Sales Home
   o Sales SOHO
   o Field support
   o Operations & Maintenance
   o Customer Care
   o Administration (incl. stock control)
   o Billing & Collection

  • Develop appropriate business plans and budgets for the branch in line with the company plans and to be approved by the CEO and the Board.
  • Lead and motivate the branch management team and ensure the achievement of goals and targets.
  • Develop and implement operational plans and measurement systems for each of the functional units within the branch.
  • Hire, train and develop the functional managers/supervisors in cooperation with HR in HO.
  • Ensure sufficient level of management control for all aspects of branch activities.
  • Participate in setting prices and expanding network.

Measurement

  • The main measurement will be the achievement of planned sales volume in terms of new customers and revenue.
  • Further measurement will be the quality of service provided and customer satisfaction as determined by surveys.

Skills and Knowledge

  • Preferably Bachelors in Management with at least three years of related experience.
  • Sound understanding of ISP Business.
  • Experience in sales management would be beneficial.
  • Achievement oriented attitude.
  • Team builder and team player.

B.  STORE IN-CHARGE

Reports to: Branch Manager

Job Duties & Responsibilities

  1. Maintain goods in proper place in orderly manner.
  2. Issue goods related to various departments after verifying the requisition.
  3. Verify the spare parts and process materials arrived at office to ensure goods quality and rate of the purchased materials.
  4. Identify fast moving and slow-moving goods.
  5. Prepare the report of daily stock consumption report.
  6. Conduct the monthly physical verification of goods and prepare the report accordingly.
  7. Maintain minimum re-order stock level and purchase goods if the goods reach to minimum stock level.
  8. Maintain good interpersonal relationship with suppliers.
  9. Maintain good public relationship with government offices and insurance company

Skills and Knowledge:

  1. Preferably Bachelors in Management with at least two years of related experience.
  2. Two-wheeler with a valid driving license is a must.
  3. Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skill.
  4. Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.

C. CHO (CORPORATE HOME OFFCER) EXECUTIVE

Reports to: Senior Corporate Sales Officer

Job Duties & Responsibilities

  1. Generate corporate leads.
  2. Follow CHO Standards maintained by the supervisor.
  3. Nurture leads through sales development process.
  4. Respond to inbound requests within an hour.
  5. Follow-up with customers & representatives on quotations.
  6. Research plans to identify potential sales opportunities.

Skills and Knowledge:

  1. Preferably Bachelors in Management with at least one year of related experience.
  2. Two-wheeler with a valid driving license is a must.
  3. Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skill.
  4. Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
