Keysight Technologies is seeking a results oriented sales professional to engage in a dynamic growth opportunity in the Americas. This position focuses on growing modular solution sales (PXI) through partners. The successful candidate has a background in Test and Measurement sales, RF and microwave system integration and delivery, as well as a proven ability to build strong business and marketing plans with partners. The ultimate measures will be a strong and growing funnel and sales results.

Building close relationships with partners, working with the Keysight channel, marketing organization and divisions to develop specific solution capability within partners and successfully connect partner solutions with end customers are key aspects to this position. Part of this role will be to develop and execute both the marketing and sales strategies that will enable partners and Keysight to grow our business together.

This position is compensated by a 70% salary and 30% commission. It yields 100% target pay achievement at 100% of targeted sales with higher commission rates once the sales target is exceeded.

Qualifications :
•3 years selling RF/Microwave equipment.
•Experience building and managing a sales funnel.
•Demonstrated ability to build a business and marketing plan related to sales growth.
•Experience developing and managing partner programs.
•Demonstrated ability to develop a cross-functional team that delivers results.
•Experience delivering sales and technical training to RF/microwave users.
•BSEE or BSCS or similar with specialization in RF and microwave Design.
•Effective presentation and problem solving skills.
•Ability to develop strong relationships with customers and internal teammates.
•Strong written & verbal communication skills.
•Highly competitive, assertive with a passion to “win”.
•Can identify economic drivers of the customer’s business and key individual value drivers.
•Ability to create a vision, convey the message in a persuasive manner and demonstrate a drive to succeed.
•Comfortable in challenging customers by offering the customer unique perspectives.
