Job Description

The Role

  • Answering phones and greeting patients on arrival.
  • Making Patient appointments and collecting patient information for adding to the clinic software
  • Processing of payment from patients
  • Working with computers – appointment software, Microsoft Office
  • General Reception & customer relations
  • Administrative tasks
  • Shoe sales to patients including fitting and ordering of shoes

 About You

  • Previous admin/reception experience
  • Pleasant and helpful phone manner, with a professional attitude and personal presentation
  • Competent computer skills including knowledge of medical practice software
  • Well organised with the ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) – ability to develop rapport with everyone
  • Must have a proactive approach to ad hoc duties in quieter times
  • Able to learn quickly
  • Reliable & responsible
  • Knowledge of Net Podiatry an advantage
  • Knowledge of Xero software an advantage
  • A sports background would be an advantage
