The successful Scheduling and Administration Assistant candidate will be passionate about customer service and attention to detail. They will have more than 3 years’ relevant experience in scheduling etc, or working for a contracting business (i.e. electrical, plumbing, plastering, painting etc.) coordinating staff to attend sites from day to day.

To excel in this Scheduling and Administration Assistant role, you need to:
1.    Have excellent organisation skills
2.    Have excellent communication skills
3.    Love speaking with customers
4.    Rapidly build rapport with installers
5.    Problem solve to get things done
6.    Have strong computer skills
7.    Know Melbourne’s geography very well
