Your Role

As the Senior Finance Manager in our Residential business, you will lead the National Residential Forecasting & Analysis team. This is an excellent opportunity to manage a team of one Finance Manager and two senior analysts and three indirect reports. Reporting to the National Commercial Manager you will be responsible for:

• All forecasts, budgets and Project Performance Reviews

• Reporting and Analysis support to States and key national/corporate stakeholders

• Investor presentation insights and analysis

• Inventory recoverability and risk management

• Supporting the setup of new growth channels, Medium Density and Completed Homes

About You

To succeed in this role you will be CA / CPA accredited and have had previous experience leading a team. You have a solid background in forecasting & analysis, have strong commercial acumen and you are adept at building and using financial modelling tools to deliver meaningful insights that support and influence business decision making.

You believe in partnering with key stakeholders and you understand the value in strong and effective working relationships. Central to all of this you are solutions focused, customer centric, and motivated by leading in a high performing team.
