Job Description

Extremely fast growing national IT Consultancy have an opening for a hands on Support Team Leader/Technical Lead to manage the Helpdesk (1st, 2nd & 3rd level Support) as well as personally provide 3rd level Support and remote technical services for Customers. This role can lead to higher Service Delivery Management opportunities if performed well!


Candidates must have previous Helpdesk Team Leadership/Helpdesk Technical Leadership experience and be Technically very strong and current.


Candidates will have hands-on implementation, configuration and support experience with:

  • MS Windows Server
  • MS Exchange Server
  • Active Directory
  • Office 365
  • Routers
  • Firewalls
  • Backup Software (Backup Exec or ShadowProtect)
  • Virtualisation – VMware or HyperV


  • Regular reviews and promotion opportunities.
  • Commissions and Bonus’ on top of base salary.

Customer Service:

  • Candidates must be able to demonstrate a strong Customer service focus with perfect communication skills.
